Tell CNBC Jim Cramer has it wrong again

The host of CNBC's "Mad Money" was wrong then, he's wrong now.

Just before Bear Stearns went bankrupt and our economy tanked, Jim Cramer told his millions of "Mad Money" viewers to buy Bear Stearns stock. Oops.

Now, Cramer is parroting CEOs' scare tactics, saying that the Employee Free Choice Act will stall our economy.

Tell CNBC that Jim Cramer needs to stop spreading lies that hurt our economy.

As a CNBC and MSNBC viewer, I was dismayed to see Jim Cramer advocate against the Employee Free Choice Act.

On his CNBC show, "Mad Money," Jim Cramer recently called the Employee Free Choice Act a "sword of Damocles" hanging over our economy.

And on the MSNBC show "Morning Joe," Cramer and other guests claimed they couldn't identify a single successful unionized company. This is absolutely bizarre, since GE, the unionized company that owns both CNBC and MSNBC, is a $140 billion corporation that earned more than $18 billion in profits in 2008!

From his reckless comments, it's clear that Jim Cramer has not researched this issue carefully. I'm sure he has no idea there is a broad base of support for the Employee Free Choice Act that includes Noble-prize winning economists and institutional investors responsible for over $700 billion in assets.

Just before Bear Stearns went under, CNBC's Jim Cramer had strong advice for his "Mad Money" viewers: buy Bear Stearns stock, and fast! Then, the company imploded and thousands of ordinary people saw their retirement savings vanish. Cramer was wrong then, he's wrong now! But this time, we know exactly what will happen if his viewers listen: millions will lose out on the American dream.

Without broad based prosperity, Mr. Cramer's audience will only shrink. I thought Mr. Cramer had learned from his mistake with Bear Stearns. But sadly, it looks like he is continuing to parrot the people who got us into this mess.
