FedEx Express: Drivers aren't pilots
FedEx Express doesn't want its truck drivers, loaders, and sorters to form unions. So more than a decade ago, it landed a sweetheart deal to classify them as "pilots." A bill to close the loophole - which essentially blocks over 90,000 FedEx Express workers from joining a union - has passed the House of Representatives. Now the Senate needs to finish the job! But that's only going to happen if we speak out NOW!
