These are some of the men and women who will be affected by your vote on the Employee Free Choice Act.

The middle class has taken it on the chin during this recession, and through no fault of their own. America's workers are as dedicated and skilled as ever. They deserve the chance to join a union if a majority of them want one.  They deserve a chance to bargain for better pay, health benefits and job security.

The current system is slanted in favor of employers who too often use harassment and intimidation to stop unions and keep workers from getting a fair deal.

And now, the same irresponsible CEOs who ran our economy into the ground are funding a misleading campaign to derail this important piece of legislation.

I urge you to look into the eyes of these workers, remember that this bill is about giving them a fair shake, and cast your vote in favor of the Employee Free Choice Act.
