When the economy was at its worst, Senator Bayh was there, standing up for Indiana working families. We need him to keep fighting.
Because right now, employers are able to harass, intimidate, and fire workers who just want the right to bargain for better wages and benefits. The Employee Free Choice is a bill that would level the playing field and make it so that if employees want a union, they can have one. And that will bring millions of dollars in increased wages to Missouri workers.
Thank Senator Bayh for standing with Indiana workers. And urge him to keep fighting.

When our economy was at its worst, you were at your best, fighting for Indiana families. You supported the stimulus and are fighting for healthcare when we need it most. Thanks for all you've done so far.
I'm writing to thank you and to ask you to also support the Employee Free Choice Act. The middle class has taken it on the chin during this recession, and through no fault of their own. Indiana's workers are as dedicated and skilled as ever. A company's workforce deserves the chance to join a union if a majority of them want one, and to be able to bargain for better pay, health benefits and job security.
Senator Bayh, thanks again for all you've done so far for Indiana families. I hope you'll keep fighting and vote yes on the Employee Free Choice Act. It's time to make the economy work for everyone again.
