Workers’ rights and legal protections are at great risk!  Next week, the U.S. Senate will begin confirmation hearings for Judge Samuel Alito, President Bush's nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Judge Alito’s judicial decisions clearly reveal that he is no friend of working people, nor a supporter of the right of workers to form a union.
